Total points awarded are based on the highest amount of entries raced by both category and division. The side with the highest amount of entries will determine the total points earned for that category and division. 

i.e.: East division has 12 entries and West division has 10 entries. An additional point will be added to the total of the division with the highest entries, which is East. Giving the first-place winner of both divisions a total of 13 points. Second place will be given 2 points less of the total, 11 points, and each place thereafter will receive one point less until there is 1 point left.
